Do you use genuine LEGO®?

YES! All our Calendars use ONLY genuine LEGO® sets.

Most of our Calendars are crafted from brand-new sets, but we occasionally include pre-owned pieces to expand our selection. This allows us to feature retired and limited edition sets that are no longer available in stores, offering you something truly unique! Every reused brick is meticulously cleaned and quality-checked, but sometimes the accompanying booklets may show minor wear.

What is in each Calendar?

Packets only option

You will receive 24 numbered cellophane packets. Each packet contains instructions for that day and the bricks needed.

A card personally addressed to the builder.

A handwritten gift card if this option is selected by the purchaser.

A sealed green envelope with the original LEGO ® instruction booklet/s and spare/extra bricks that came with your set. *

Add festive boxes to use as decorations option

You will receive 24 numbered boxes threaded on gold cord that are ready to hang. Each box contains a numbered cellophane packet which contains the instructions and bricks needed for that day.

A card personally addressed to the builder.

A handwritten gift card if this option is selected by the purchaser.

A sealed green envelope with the original LEGO ® instruction booklet/s and spare/extra bricks that came with your set. *

*Gingerbread House may not include the original instructions or spare bricks.

What size are the packets?

The Daily Build Packets measure 8cm x 11.5cm on average. Some days may be slightly bigger depending on the bricks needed for that day.

What size are the hanging boxes?

Accepted Answer

Each festive hanging box measures 14cm(L) X 9.5cm(W) X 2.75cm(D) on hand tied gold cord with a drop of 9cm.

Where do you deliver to?

Currently we can only deliver within the UK.

What is the delivery time?

Accepted Answer

We use two carriers. Either EVRI or Royal Mail.

EVRI (Free Postage)
We send with Standard Delivery which aims to deliver in 2-4 working days. Your package will be tracked and you will be provided with a tracking number.

Royal Mail (Upgrade for £5.99) 
Need it faster? You can upgrade to Royal Mail Tracked 24 that aims to deliver within one working day. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is dispatched.

Same-day dispatch: Place your order before 11:00 AM.

Next-day dispatch: Orders placed after 11:00 AM will be posted the following working day.

Please note - We are a small team of two, and we personally hand-make every calendar to order. We aim to ship within one business day, but during busy periods, our commitment to quality means we may need a little extra time to ensure your order is perfect.

Do you take returns?

Returns & Damages

We offer a 14-day return policy, giving you 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received it—unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. Please include your receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If your item is damaged, please include a quick photo in your email so we can process your replacement or refund faster.

What to do if you think you have a missing or incorrect piece

We take great pride in our hand-packing process. Every single packet is hand-picked and cross-checked at least twice to ensure your Calendar is perfect. However, because our process is human-led, rare errors can occur.

The "Future Day" Swap 
The most common scenario for a discrepancy is a simple "swap," where a piece intended for a future date may have found its way into an earlier packet. While we’d like to reassure you that this has only ever happened once in our history, we are always ready to help if it does.

How we resolve this: 
If you find a piece that doesn't seem to fit, please email us with a brief description of the piece you have and the one you are missing. We can usually cross-reference our master build list and tell you exactly which day you will find your missing part.

While it has never happened before for a piece to be omitted entirely, your satisfaction is our priority. If we cannot locate your piece in a future day of your calendar, we will ship a replacement to you right away.
