Shipping and Delivery

1. Destinations

We ship domestically within the United Kingdom and internationally to select destinations: Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong.

2. Dispatch & Carriers
  • UK Orders: Items are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri, or a similar tracked carrier. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2–5 business days after dispatch.

  • International Orders: Items are dispatched from London via standard tracked courier services (or equivalent international delivery networks). Standard international delivery typically takes 4–8 business days after dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates provided by postal carriers and are not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery times may vary due to unforeseen circumstances, peak seasonal volume, weather, or destination customs clearance processes, and do not include weekends or UK public holidays.

3. Shipping Charges & Address Accuracy

You may be required to pay delivery charges in addition to the price of the goods, as advised at checkout.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the full name and contact number of the recipient. We are not liable for non-delivery or delivery to an incorrect address resulting from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

4. International Import Duties & Taxes

All order totals and shipping fees displayed at checkout are charged in GBP (£). For international shipments, customers are solely responsible for any local customs duties, import taxes, sales taxes, or administrative handling fees that may be levied by the destination country's government or postal service upon arrival.

Right to Cancel and Receive Reimbursement

If you are a customer living in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel your contract to purchase goods from us within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period will end 14 days from:

  • The day you receive, or a nominated third party receives, physical possession of the goods (for single shipments);

  • The day you receive, or a nominated third party receives, the last good (when items in a single order are delivered separately); or

  • The day you receive, or a nominated third party receives, the first good (when goods are delivered regularly over a defined period).

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision within the 14-day cancellation period by emailing us at builduptochristmas@gmail.com.

Returns, Refunds & Missing Parts Policy

1. Standard Returns & Eligibility

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of receipt for a full refund:

  • Condition: All daily packets, printed instruction sheets, and internal components inside the calendar must remain unopened, complete, and sealed in their original packaging.

2. How to Return by Mail
  1. Notice First: Email us at builduptochristmas@gmail.com to request a return authorization and the correct return address before posting your parcel.

  2. Pack Securely: Carefully pack your unopened calendar to ensure it remains fully protected during transit.

  3. Ship Tracked: Send the parcel back using a tracked shipping service. Outbound and return shipping fees are the financial responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or defective. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

3. Specific Terms for International Returns
  • Customs Labeling Requirement: Returned packages sent from outside the UK must be clearly marked on all external carrier customs declarations (CN22/CN23) as:

    RETURNED GOODS - UK ORIGIN

  • Import Duty Deductions: If this declaration is omitted and UK import duties, taxes, or handling fees are charged to us upon re-entry to the UK, the exact fee amount will be deducted from your final refund total.

4. Missing Parts Policy

In the rare event that an individual day's packet or set is missing a piece, please contact us immediately at builduptochristmas@gmail.com with details of the missing piece and the specific calendar day. We will send out replacement parts to you as quickly as possible free of charge. Missing piece requests do not require returning the full calendar.
