Delivery, Returns & HELP
Deliveries
All calendars are custom-packed by hand. Orders placed before 11:00 AM GMT are usually dispatched the same working day; orders placed after 11:00 AM GMT will be sent the next working day.
UK Delivery: We ship via tracked delivery using Royal Mail, Evri, or a comparable carrier (2–5 business days). Full tracking details will be emailed as soon as your order is on its way.
International Delivery: We deliver to Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Japan, and Hong Kong via standard tracked courier services (4–8 business days).
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight:

Standard Sets (under 1kg): £18.00

Larger Sets (1kg–2kg): £28.00

Please note: International customers are responsible for any local import duties or customs fees applied upon arrival.
Return Policy
We want you to love your handmade advent calendar! If you need to make a return, we accept unopened calendars in their original, sealed condition within 14 days of delivery.
To begin a return, please email us first at builduptochristmas@gmail.com so we can log your request and provide the correct UK return address. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must be sent using a tracked service.
For international returns, packages must be clearly marked on all external customs declarations as RETURNED GOODS - UK ORIGIN to prevent unnecessary UK import fees from being deducted from your final refund. Once your item is received and inspected, your full refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
